I'm ready for my audition Mr. Landlord

Why is it I always feel like I'm auditioning to get into Julliard every time I am apartment hunting. You need to look and act the part of a responsible tenant.

Every time I go to meet a potential landlord, I always feel like it's a blind date - you never know what to expect. It could be a bad date and never want to step foot in the building again or you could have a great date and immediately want to bring the toothbrush over.

Today I had a bad date.
